Xpose Boho Style Bride
Boho Bridal Inspiration
If you tuned in tonight you will have spotted my piece on Boho Weddings. I partnered up with some of the best to bring you this one. We shot this Xpose piece in The Station House Hotel’s woods and you can’t get more boho than this!
Dresses where provided by The White Gallery Boutique in Newry and all I can say is WOW! Their dresses are incredible. Hair and Make Up was provided by Pamela Matthews Hair & Make Up. Flowers are from Petals and Pressies Navan. Our gorgeous furry friends were Ted & Tom from K2 Alpacas and of course our boho chic model is Simona from Catwalk Models.
All photography is by the amazing Livia Figueiredo. Full photo album at the end of the dress descriptions.
Let me tell you all about the dresses:
Look 1: Emmy Mae
This dress is off the shoulder but can also be adjusted to wear above shoulders too. It has beautiful soft lace with a cascade effect from the knees down. The look finishes with a slight train.
Look 2: Rue de Seine
I adore this dress! It has luscious full sleeves and a common theme amongst many boho style dresses is lace! Lace fits the boho theme so perfectly. This is a wrap dress and can be adjusted to suit your shape and comfort. There is an ivory slip underneath and it is shorter on the front and sweeps in to a long train at the back. I matched the look with some over sized gold jewellery too. I added a neutral bouquet which is inspired by natural garden florals.
Look 3: Rime Arodaky
This look shows how you can take a modern, more structured / tailored style and achieve that boho look. This gown is by Rime Arodaky and is one of the most highly sought after brands in Europe at the moment. There is a scooped out front, fitted skirt with a defined slip running up the centre. The back is open and one of the most striking details is the lace sleeves. There is a modest train and to add some colour, we have added in this purple bouquet with some wild foliage.
Look 4: Rue de Seine
Our final dress feels like the ultimate Boho dress. It’s very simple at top and actually, the overall cut of the dress appears quite simple but when you start to take in the details you see a gold foral print that shimmers in light. The tassels run in various parts of the gown and then the bodice is sculpted to give a really slender stomach. The back is scooped out too.
And now for the album…..
