We have two restaurants with different menus and styles. Fire & Salt is relaxed, fine-dining in a sophisticated, contemporary space. Instantly feel at home in The Coach House Brasserie with its booth-seating and roaring fire in Kitty’s Corner. The menu at The Coach House includes both casual, modern dishes and traditional, hearty crowdpleasers. Alternatively visit an airy, spacious atrium for Afternoon Tea or pre-dinner drink.

Designed as a haven of complete tranquillity, our award-winning Spa offers bespoke treatments and therapies to take you on a journey of relaxation and wellbeing. Spanning over 1,300sq m, entirely dedicated to your wellness, discover a Rooftop and Indoor Thermal Experience, and 15 treatment rooms that boast a couple’s room and Rasul mud and mineral treatment chamber. Psammotherapy and Aqua-beds will add bliss to your journey and in-spa dining will enhance your relaxation. Feel refreshed, renewed, and revived in this space of tranquillity and indulgence.

We understand that each couple wants to begin their very own traditions, and we help to make that happen. Our professional and personable team are a huge hit with all our bridal couples. If it’s undivided attention, detail-driven precision and long-term experience you’re after, then our team is the perfect fit. Your very own wedding coordinator will listen to your ideas, deliver them seamlessly and make sure you don’t miss a fabulous minute of your day. You simply select where: a civil ceremony in either the Grand Ballroom or our authentic walled garden; a champagne or cocktail reception on the lawn or a festival-themed event in the gardens. For your day, the Grand Ballroom and its private reception area and additional bars can be – exclusively – all yours. And the food is, of course, paramount. Our culinary team take constant pride in delivering flavoursome, spectacularly presented food – whether you choose a bespoke wedding selection or one of our thoughtfully curated wedding menus.
