Set on the lawns of Farnham Estate Spa & Golf Resort, with the gorgeous outdoor civil ceremony space amongst the majestic trees, the hotel is hosting a uniquely stylish Garden Wedding Showcase Afternoon on Saturday the 14th of May, with Mandy Maher TV stylist with Ireland AM, Triona ‘The Beauty Guru’ McCarthy and Yours Truly!
For me, Farnham Estate is one of my favourite venues and it’s my ‘go to’ for a break away. A treat for couples and guests. A superb setting for elegant and romantic weddings and an exquisite venue for celebrations of all sizes, this impressive 1300-acre country estate is just outside Cavan town and only 90 minutes from Dublin and Belfast.
Begin your happily ever after at Farnham Estate on Saturday the 14th of May with a welcome drinks reception at 2 p.m., including the opportunity to see the magnificent Redwood Suite ballroom decorated for a wedding and to meet with the professional wedding team to discuss the various wedding packages available, as well as viewing all aspects of this elegant country lady looking her very best.
TV stylist with Virgin Media One’s Ireland AM, Mandy has over 20 years’ experience in producing and running events, from fashion shows to photo shoots and one of the biggest wedding exhibitions in the west of Ireland. She’ll set the scene for the afternoon and introduce the first guest speaker, Triona McCarthy.
Sunday Independent’s beauty editor and all round beauty guru, Triona will give her expert take and carefully curated advice on beauty, makeup and skincare, with a particular focus on preparation and glow, for the most radiant of brides.
I’ll of course be there and Sara will chat through the most asked wedding planning questions and conundrums. Make sure to gather your questions and I’ll be on hand to help you out!
Of course, the day would not be complete without a fashion show of exquisite bridal style.
