I was reading through some other blogs tonight and i came across this blog post:
It is a beautiful blog but when i read some of the traditions that were considered to be ‘Irish’ i thought that the lines between an Irish Wedding and a Scottish Wedding were slightly blurred.
The men wore kilts: Not really an Irish heritage thing, in my experience, it was only really couples that had a Scottish roots that wore these.
Bagpiper: I know that these are popular in Ireland but again……more on the Scottish side that Irish??? I would think a good ‘oul Bohdran, Harp or tin whistle would be more appropriate.
Would love some feedback!
